X9 has submitted its latest healthy recipe – healthcare advisory.
They wanted to share this vital information with the www-world on how one of their internet strategist dropped his blood pressure to a more healthy level.
For many years that strategist’s blood pressure had normally been around 122-123/ 80-84. He began checking the nutritional facts (and doing the math) on all the foods in his house, with a focus on the foods that he would eat the most.
He was on a hunt for all the villains- added sugar, high sodium and cholesterol.
For him, the biggest daily villain over the years had been ketchup.
Here are the numbers:
1 tablespoon of ketchup contains 170mg of Sodium, 4g of added Sugar, 4g of Carbohydrates and 20 Calories.
The X9 strategist said that he could easily consume 5 tablespoons of ketchup in one setting and that’s being modest. In one day, he would have at least 2 settings with his “ketchup gangster”.
After his “do the math” session with himself, the Math told him, to “eliminate” over the counter ketchup.
By doing so, the numbers below reflect how he killed his villain.
The mathematics below is using 10 (for 10 tablespoons or two settings of the amount of ketchup he would consume in a day) as the base value.
Sodium- Eliminated From His Diet
170mg x 10= 1,700 mg a day. 1,700mg x 7 (days a week)= 11,900mg a week. 11,900mg x 4 (4 weeks or 1 month)= 47,600mg a month. 47,600mg x 12 (for 12months or 1 year)= 571,200mg a year or 1.25 pounds of Salt a year.
Added Sugar- Eliminated From His Diet
4g x 10= 40g a day. 40g x 7 (days a week)= 280g. 280g x 4 (4 weeks or 1 month)= 1,120g a month. 1,120g x 12 (for 12 months or 1 year)= 13,440g a year or 29.63 pounds a year of Added Sugar.
Carbohydrates- Eliminated From His Diet
Same as Added Sugar.
Calories- Eliminated From His Diet
20 cals x 10= 200cal a day. 200 x 7 (days a week)= 1,400 cals a week. 1,400 x 4 (4 weeks or 1 months)= 5,600 cals a months. 5,600 x 12 (for 12 months or 1 year)= 67,200 cals a year or 19 pounds a year- Just From Ketchup Alone!
This X9 strategist found that after one year of eliminating over the counter ketchup and making “his own” added sugar and salt free ketchup, that as of the end of this one-year period, having his vitals checked, his blood pressure is down to 110/70. An astounding average drop of 10 points, in both his Systolic and Diastolic pressure readings within 12 months. He has now found that his head doesn’t feel tight, which he only knew it was tight by comparison with the elimination of the over the counter ketchup. His vision has improved, and, needless to say, all other vitals are in the safe zone.
Also, he notes that anyone who is trying to drop their blood pressure
must also strive for
at least 8 hrs. of sleep a night.
Below is the ketchup formula that this X9 strategist came up with that he has been using for the past year:
7oz jar of Organic tomato paste with “No Salt, Sugar or Seasoning Added”.
½ Cup of filtered water.
3 tablespoons of Organic White Vinegar.
½ teaspoon of Organic Garlic Powder.
¼ teaspoon of Organic Cinnamon Powder
1/8 teaspoon of Organic Ground Cloves
¼ teaspoon of Organic Allspice Powder
¼ teaspoon of Organic Mustard Ground Powder
¼ teaspoon of Organic Black Pepper
1 packet of Organic Stevia (add more if desired )
Wisk all ingredients together in a bowl until you get a good consistency. Place bowel with lid on it into the refrigerator overnight, so all the herbs and spices can evenly blend. Enjoy the following day. This will make about 12 ounces of ketchup.
