Banks and other Lenders are now extremely conservative in their lending practices. However, there are a few alternative lending sources that are still at their same level of production. These Lenders are more conservative in underwriting but they are still lending. The terms may not be exactly what you want and the deal may take a little longer to get funded based on income and credit risk. However, solid projects can still get financing.
